Float is looking for a Project Coordinator who will be in charge of assisting our Project Managers in organizing our ongoing projects. This role involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and making sure that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

Desired Skills and Experience and Education
Bachelor degree in business or related field of study
Three years experience in related field
Exceptional communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Mastery in appropriate applications
Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures
Attention to detail a must
Solid organizational skills
Experience with designing, creating and implementing project plans for software solutions for use in enterprise environments
Experience with agile and waterfall project management principles (SCRUM, etc)
Experience with online issue/bug tracking, ticket tracking and management, and project management software (Jira, Mantis, FogBugz, Assembla) –We use Assembla at Float
Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management, and time management skills
Deep experience with Office Software (Eg. Google GSuite, Microsoft Office)
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
Assist in project deadline adherence
Determining project changes
Providing administrative support as needed
Undertaking project tasks as required
Assisting projects to adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
Help to assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
Assist in making sure stakeholder views are managed towards the agreed upon solution
Lead and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members
